The Battle for the Wyvern Tunnels would be the largest loss of human forces, for great tunneling beasts ravaged the supply lines tunneling through the solid rock that the Human Armies traveled deeper and deeper into. Modern technology was a failed salvation, and the men of the forces of humankind soon found themselves running low on ammo, food, and morale. It would be He of Fate, that would rise to renown as he would take up the Banner of the King after the front line fell along with it's Banner-bearer and lead the Human armies to their escape from the tunnels.
