Beginning of the Court
Originally known as the Protectorate of the Colors; they worshiped what was called the "Divine Spectrum of Majket". Little is known about what this entailed or meant. It is thought to relate to the components used to create Majket Spells; a carry over perhaps of the thoughts strained through their Vat Wurms from Putlog before Ghast's trick in the Realm of Journey's. They are the most devote of the Progenitors to worship the Titian's; going so far as to claim that their sentience is a sin that must forever be atoned for. While regarded merely as Progenitor whimsy by the other Theocracy's and Empire during the Progenitor Golden Age (111, 141 T.D. -572,439 T.D.) as slowly the cruel uncaring nature of the Progenitors was twisted by the over use of Majkets many Progenitors begin to realize that their debauchery and hedonistic lifestyles was leading to their destruction. Meanwhile the Protectorate of the Colors only grew in power, in part thanks to their strict laws and adherence to original worship doctrines as well as strict social roles for each and every member of the Protectorate of the Colors. This was only amplified when the Progenitor who took power declaring his name as "White" The Protectorate of the Progenitors; declaring Sightless Beauty the Prime Female Titian.
Those few Progenitors who realized in time fled to the Protectorate of the Color Citadels during the great Excess (572,439 T.D. - 831,633 T.D.) fleeing their own lands which had been overrun from those Progenitors who had turned into madness ; lured by the one who called himself Protectorate of the Progenitors. Their numbers growing, and those indebted to the High Protectorate of the Progenitors granting him more sway over those wishing to live. There in their Fortress the Protectorate White declared the Law of Court; thus creating the Queens Court, declaring himself the High Protectorate; judge and jury of all Progenitors that wished power in the Court. While Progenitors were allowed roles at his Court, even their own Citadels and forces; those who did not follow the law of what would be named the Queens Court lead to exile, and removal from the Court. This of course being the worst punishment yet for a Progenitor. For the only freedom from the insanity of was the frivolities of the court life styles that the Protectorate White made to entertain the Progenitors.
These exiles did not in turn have their own ramifications for the Queens Court; for five Progenitors who had ruled alongside High Protectorate White before he had "claimed" his name. They had served the Protectorate of the Colors when there had been more schools allowed in the "Divine Spectrum of Majket". They would be exiled when High Protectorate White took power and would later become the five Mantles after they decided on the killing of Sightless Beauty and Radiant Identity.

Despite the rise of Mantled resistance; the Court of the Queen only grew, and while the Protectorate fought with the Mantles and their followers for the heretical crime of killing of a Female Titian; the Court of Queens also saw an opportunity to seize control galvanizing the other Progenitors left to their cause who were sane enough. As the Dead Dream transitioned into the New Dream After careful negotiations the Court of Queens managed to trade peace with the Mantles in exchange for allowing them to reign free in the Constructed Realm they would reign within the New Dream as the shadow of the Dead Dream was left behind.
Despite numerous wars for the most part the Court of Queens has retained its seat of power; controlling all of the New Dream and controlling who enters from both the Constructed Plane as well as the Dead Dream, Bioweb, Plane of Taint, and any other outliers that might permit entry into their domain. However as the corruption from the Plane of Taint has grown as well as Corruption from the Dead Dream, so has the battles and wars fought by the Court of Queens. More sentience has been gained by the Laosu, adding to the struggle of control, as the Court of Queens while stable must constantly juggle the ambitions of both the Progenitors, Kurlith, Laosu and the Enlightened Ones within their Court

These laws were placed both to keep the life of the Progenitors entertaining while also keeping from activities of the past that lead to their ruination yet again. Social roles many of which have series of endless tasks. The roles of Duke, Barons, Knights, and many other titles switched and moved during the court games, including multitudes of levels of Court, vastly complex arrays of rules, laws, duels, and rituals. Often these games revolve around blood sports and fests in which Queens Court Progenitors come to Court with their best trained Kurlith and Laosu to have the fight to the death as they feast ravenous meals. Often these duels and fights both lead to even more title changes; sacrificial rituals, and even more endless tasks to continue keep the Queens Court Progenitors entertained and loyal to the cause.
This keeps the Progenitors under the thumb of the Protectorate of Progenitors White as he sits at the highest of Courts that all other Progenitors covet, The Court of Queens, where he gives out law and order, positions and titles in which only those in his court are allowed to keep safe the Titian's child: Staring Emptiness, Which in turn gives him assistance from other forces from the Realm of the Journey and reinforces his power; for all fear removing him for what he might do should they.
